Next three pictures below are good examples of snapshot photography.
The person on this picture looks relaxed. He is just brouzing through the menu. He did not expect to be photographed at that particular moment. This makes the photo nice and natural.
This picture is not really unexpected, but the way it was taken (a little bit from the angle) makes it candid and nice.
In my opinion this is a lovely snapshot. The person is just dreaming or thinking about something. So the photo is kind of "stolen", taken quickly and not perfectly planned, but I personally think that it makes it interesting.
This picture above is a little bit more classical. Because it is organized in a way. (Actually perspective does the job quite nicely here. The line of the road is meant to intersect with the line of the guy's cap which makes the background and the foreground work as a whole.)
