Proposal

For the time project I am going to explore how portrait and it's aestetics changed through time. I am particularly comparing portrature of 19th century and todays portraits. Looking at the portraits of people we can see how much have chnaged over time. If back in the days person had to seat straight for a couple of minutes to be photogrsphed today using new amazing digital cameras we can take snapshots really quickly and unexpectably. So for this project I am going to work with several people and photograph them in two different ways. I am going to take very classic pictures using slow shutter speed just like people used to back in 19th century. And I'll also take some quick snapshots to express the idea of modern understanding and vision of a portraiture.
